Robots vs Aliens
Description
Dive into a 2D top down shooter where you aim to eradicate the aliens who want to take over the planet
PS: the score on the top right doesn't reset. I'll fix that by the end of this week
The controls are very simple :
WASD or Arrow keys - To move
Left mouse button to shoot
I spent 1 1/2 weeks producing this game and I hope you enjoy this experience

Hey, for a first game, this is pretty good. I actually had a lot of fun. However, there's also a lot that needs to be improved:
- It's very easy to lose the player, and it's also very easy to get hit without realizing it, so you wind up taking a lot of damage by accident
- The weapons upgrading between rounds wasn't explained at all.
- The bullets of the enemies and player immediately disappearing once they reach their target doesn't feel natural and makes it hard to aim properly
- The camera shakes too much when the asteroid ufos are on screen, and that makes it even harder to see the player
- The background is very plain at the moment. I know it's a post apocalypse setting, but that's not obvious from the plain background (no rubble or wrecked cars and stuff)
Overall, though, It's really, good for a first attempt and surprisingly fun. With some polish I can see this becoming a great game in the future.
